Dexuro is a web-based platform that helps small service businesses collect customer reviews via QR codes and links, display reviews in a widget on their sites, manage private feedback channels, and send email review requests. The service also provides AI-powered reply suggestions for responding to reviews.
To use Dexuro, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to update it as needed. You may not share your account credentials with others or permit unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use Dexuro for:
Pricing for our plans is displayed at /pricing. All transactions are processed through Paddle, our payments partner. By using Dexuro on a paid plan, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions, which are available on their website. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, and cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months or unused services.
You retain all ownership rights to review data, feedback messages, and other content you submit to or generate through Dexuro. Dexuro and its underlying code, design, features, and functionality are the intellectual property of Dexuro and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service solely for your own business purposes.
Dexuro is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dexuro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid to Dexuro in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Dexuro immediately and without notice if you violate any provision of these terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the service or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though you may request a download of your review data within thirty days.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Hungary.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted to this page. Your continued use of Dexuro after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Dexuro is operated by IDŐBEN Számítástechnikai és Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság ("IDŐBEN Kft."), a company registered in Hungary under company registration number 01-09-661821, with its registered seat at 1152 Budapest, Kinizsi u. 94., Hungary.
