Is reviews and booking really all one product?
Yes. Every plan includes both — a review collection page with a Google funnel and review wall, plus a self-scheduling booking page that syncs with Google Calendar. There's nothing extra to buy to unlock booking.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no contract or minimum term — cancel whenever you like and you won't be billed again.
What does removing Dexuro branding do?
On the Free plan your public pages and widgets carry a small "Powered by Dexuro" mark. Pro and Business let you set your own brand color and logo and turn that mark off, so everything looks like your business.
What counts as an email review request?
Each email you send from the dashboard asking a customer to leave a review counts as one. Free includes 10 per month, Pro includes 500 per month, and Business includes 2000 per month.
Is this Google-compliant? I've heard review gating is against the rules.
Yes — every customer, happy or not, is invited to post a review on Google. Unhappy customers are also offered a private channel to message you directly, but that's an addition, never a gate. Nobody is filtered away from Google.
Do I need a developer to set this up?
